Executive Team
- Lancelot Leitner, CEO — Lancelot has experience in web design, e-commerce, and high-ticket power electronics sales. He works on company strategy and operations, as well as site infrastructure, and attends the Branson School in Ross, CA.
- Noa Schachter, COO — Noa ensures tasks and objectives move forward smoothly across the organization. She brings entrepreneurship experience from a small business she previously ran and attends the Branson School in Ross, CA.
- Sebastian Suarez, Head of Engineering — Sebastian is a nationally recognized chess master and one of the top 10 players for his age in the United States. He oversees Impact Lynk's platform infrastructure and internal engineering operations.
- Gian-Carlo a Marca, Head of Outreach & Client Relations — Gian-Carlo oversees onboarding new nonprofits and schools onto the platform. An avid runner competing in both track and cross-country, he brings the same dedication to building Impact Lynk's community partnerships.
